| Fanny Franklin knows all about Hen House Studios. She sang with Trulio Disgracias, Double G and Lonnie Marshall this past year. Now Fanny is doing her own thing, creating a handful of wonderful songs that The Hen House truly enjoyed, full of rich midranges, luscious overtones ready to plucked, and soaring melodies with surprising touches of complexity and purity. Her has flavors of live disco performances, but with an expansiveness rarely seen even there. Fanny’s talents are no secret around here. She sings with Dakah, a thirty piece hip hop orchestra, and Megan Jacobs. And most recently, she has been singing along side Macy Gray. |
