First made famous by their unique concept to record musicians for free in exchange for the right to film them, Hen House has grown to a premiere, web based multi media company featuring Music Videos, CDs, Documentary DVDs, Mp3s, Podcasts and a TV Show all produced by the studio. |

 Seven years ago, after performing with several Los Angeles based bands, directing documentary films and producing music, I decided to build a small recording studio in the remains of a real hen house. Hen House Studios was born and we proceeded to record bands for free in the exchange for the right to film them. After some 100 bands, and over 1000 hours of footage shot we expanded into a record label/ production company. |
| Today we are still producing media at a rapid pace and have also branched out into music publishing concentrating on licensing songs to TV and film. I love the internet as it has allowed us to be part of creating and publishing independent media. No longer do we have to rely on the big media conglomerates to provide us with an outlet where people can see what we have created. You can do this too. If you are inclined, record some music, shoot a video and get it up on the internet. If you are not sure how to do this contact me and I will do my best to tell you how.
